Figma to WordPress

Before you start

  • Put the page designs on the first page of the file, at desktop width (900px or wider).
  • Name frames after their pages, like Home or About.
  • Make sure the link can be viewed by anyone with it.

What stays on Figma

  • Mobile frames are skipped when a desktop version exists. The responsive layout is worked out from the desktop design.
  • Prototype links and smart animations are not converted.

Which frames become pages?

Top-level frames on the first page that are at least 900px wide, up to 12. If a section holds the frames, we read the frames inside it.

Is the result editable?

Yes. Text layers become text fields, image fills become image fields and repeated components become repeaters, so content changes never need a designer.

What if I only have screenshots?

Drop PNG or JPG screenshots instead. We read each one and rebuild it to match.

Is converting free?

Yes. Converting, previewing and asking for changes cost nothing. You pay when you launch the site on hosting.

What about my domain and email?

You point your domain at your new server with two DNS records and we check them for you. Email stays wherever it is today because we never touch your MX records.
