Terms of service

These terms cover your use of AnythingTo, including website conversion, previews and AnythingTo Cloud hosting. By creating an account or starting a conversion you agree to them.

Your content

You can only convert websites, designs and files that you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to fetch, store and process it so we can provide the conversion, preview and hosting.

Conversions and previews

Converting and previewing is free. Converted theme files and content become available to download once hosting for that site has been paid for, and remain available while your plan is active.

Hosting and billing

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your site stays online until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We take daily backups and keep them for seven days. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
• If a payment fails we will try again and let you know. Sites with unpaid invoices may be suspended.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to host unlawful content, send spam, attack other systems, or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend sites that do.

Trademarks

WordPress is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Other platform names are trademarks of their owners. AnythingTo is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
